We want every client to enjoy a smooth, professional, and relaxing experience. Please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment.

APPOINTMENTS & LOCATION
Please make sure you select the correct location when booking your appointment. We currently serve clients in Melbourne and Orlando, Florida. Appointment availability varies by location.

BOOKING & DEPOSITS
Any deposit or booking requirement shown during scheduling must be completed to secure your appointment. Please review all service details before confirming your booking.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We understand that plans can change. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment as early as possible. Cancellation or rescheduling terms displayed at the time of booking will apply.

LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, service adjustment, or the need to reschedule depending on the amount of time remaining.

NO-SHOWS
Clients who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment may be required to book a new appointment and meet any applicable booking requirements before scheduling again.

HAIR PREPARATION
Please review the preparation instructions for the service you select. Unless your appointment includes shampooing or other preparation services, arrive with your hair prepared as instructed so we can begin your service on time.

SERVICE CHANGES
If you would like to change your hairstyle, size, length, or service, please contact us before your appointment whenever possible. Some changes may require additional time or a different appointment.

CHILDREN & GUESTS
To maintain a comfortable and professional environment, please limit additional guests whenever possible unless they are also receiving a service.
